Don't we have a right to know what's going on with our First Lady?
First, we heard that our first lady had food
poisoning and had to be flown abroad for
treatment. Then we heard she had Parkinson,
and died. Now we hear she's being treated
for cancer of the uterus at a hospital in
Germany. All these speculations!
Dame Patience Jonathan has been MIA for
over a month now and there has not been an
official statement regarding her whereabouts
from the presidency. Does it not make sense
for President Jonathan to address the nation
and maybe tell us what's up with our first
lady? Does he owe us that, or is it a private
matter that he can choose not to talk about?
